Ripple is seeking a Privacy Senior Manager to strengthen, scale, and operationalize our Global Privacy Program. You will drive day-to-day privacy operations and lead assessments while partnering with senior leadership to ensure compliance and resilience.

You will develop training, maintain metrics, and implement regulatory changes across regions, including the UK and EU, in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of privacy program management experience.
• Experience drafting and reviewing privacy contract terms.
• Knowledge of US state privacy laws, EU GDPR, UK data protection rules.
• Ability to translate complex privacy requirements into actionable tasks.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day global privacy operations and data mapping.
• Lead privacy impact assessments and inventory updates.
• Update policies to meet regulatory requirements.
• Develop and deliver privacy training across the organization.
• Maintain program metrics and risk trend reports.
• Support privacy tooling maintenance and enhancements.
• Prepare reports and slides for leadership and subsidiaries.
• Provide operational support to Regulatory Compliance on licensing and resilience.
