• 7+ years of recruiting experience with at least 3+ years focused on Quantitative Engineering, HFT, or ML talent.
• Experience in both agency and in-house startup environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the specialized recruiting process from sourcing to complex offer negotiations for Quantitative Engineering and Algorithmic Trading roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract elite quantitative talent from niche channels and conferences.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand quant stack needs and drive a data-driven hiring process.
