Job summary

Referment, a fintech data platform company in London, is seeking a senior data product leader to turn data strategy into reliable, adopted products. The role is hands-on and not people-management, collaborating with the Product Director, data experts, designers and engineers across units.

You will shape the operating model for data-product delivery, bring pipelines into production, and define adoption metrics and success criteria to drive real business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on product management, with 3+ years owning data platforms or data products end to end.
• Background in data engineering or analytics engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Fluent SQL ability and reading data models to test assumptions.
• Proven track record delivering data products focused on adoption and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Shape and implement the operating model for data-product delivery and day-to-day planning.
• Bring foundational data pipelines and flagship data products into production with clear consumers and adoption measures.
• Establish product practices around intake, prioritisation, data contracts, lifecycle management and success metrics.
• Own and prioritise the roadmap across stakeholder needs while maintaining existing products.
