Job summary
Exchange for Change is seeking a Senior Data Platform & Products Manager to define the vision, roadmap and evolution of our enterprise data platform and data products. You will partner with Technology, delivery partners and business stakeholders to ensure trusted data foundations across the Deposit Return Scheme.
You will be based at the Milton Keynes office with 2/3 days a week working from home, translating business needs into platform capabilities and data products while shaping
Qualifications
- Experience owning or shaping enterprise data platforms and/or data products, in complex environments.
- Strong product mindset with roadmaps, backlogs and prioritised delivery.
- Experience applying data-as-a-product principles with clear consumers and lifecycle.
- Understanding of modern cloud data platforms, APIs and scalable platform design.
Responsibilities
- Own the data platform and data product strategy and roadmap, aligned to business priorities.
- Translate priority business use cases into data products, platform capabilities and requirements.
- Establish data product approach and lifecycle: identify, own, deliver, measure and evolve.
- Manage the platform and product portfolio/backlog balancing Day One needs with long-term value.
- Shape technical solutions with Technology, Architecture and engineering partners.
- Ensure the platform supports trusted data exchange, governance, reporting, analytics and automation.
