Job summary

Prosource is seeking two Data Architects to join a people-centred technology team delivering a major regulatory programme. You will shape data architecture, ensure scalable, integrated solutions, and drive data quality and governance across the organisation.

These roles are based in Scotland with locations in Glasgow, Perth or Aberdeen, offering permanent positions with potential contract consideration and strong opportunities to influence best practices across strategic and delivery initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Data Architecture and/or Data Modelling.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments with data integration at scale.
• Ability to think strategically and link data decisions to business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication skills.
• Experience analysing strategic plans to improve data flows and quality.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work across business/technical teams.
• Strong governance and documentation skills aligned to organisational standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve data domain architectures aligned with long-term goals.
• Design data systems and platforms, assessing impact of business change.
• Translate business needs into data requirements and build trusted relationships.
• Ensure data designs align with architecture and support delivery.
• Deliver reliable, well-documented integrations with standard practices.
• Improve data structuring, management and sharing across the organisation.
• Provide architectural guidance across a portfolio of digital initiatives.
