Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Field Engineering professional to drive customer success in London and across the UK. You will engage customers as a technical and business advisor, crafting architectures and leading adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.

You will develop reference architectures, run workshops, and contribute to proofs of concept while collaborating with Account Executives to deliver value. Regular UK travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in solutions architecture or pre-sales with hands-on problem solving.
• Strong knowledge in data engineering, data warehousing or AI/ML domains.
• Familiarity with Databricks and Spark; coding in Python/SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Form relationships with clients, delivering technical and business value.
• Act as a champion and trusted advisor on architecture, design, and implementation.
• Develop reference architectures, how-tos, and demo apps to scale best practices.
• Lead workshops to build community and share Databricks know‑how.
• Advise customers on modern data and AI architectures on the Databricks Platform.
