The Very Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead discovery and delivery on large, data-centric programmes. You’ll translate complex business problems into clear data requirements and collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, Analytics and Technology teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data, analytics, reporting, or platform transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data flows, governance, and quality.
• Advanced requirements engineering and stakeholder management at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and delivery activities across large-scale data-focused programmes.
• Translate business problems into clear data requirements and solutions.
• Define outcomes, KPIs, and business cases with senior stakeholders.
• Own requirements through to implementation with full traceability.
• Shape and prioritise backlogs in collaboration with Product and Technology teams.
• Support evolution of data platforms, governance, and self-service analytics.
• Drive benefits realisation and be a change agent across teams.
