Job summary

The Very Group is seeking a Lead Product Manager - Data to own the vision, strategy and roadmap for data products across our organisation. You will partner with Data Engineering, BI and Governance to deliver measurable value and drive adoption.

You’ll shape product management practices, influence senior stakeholders and help build data capabilities that underpin customer and colleague outcomes. This role offers a flexible, hybrid working model and a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product visions aligned to Data Product strategy.
• Lead discovery to understand user needs and opportunities.
• Prioritise roadmaps based on impact, value, and capacity.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, Governance and Delivery teams.
• Establish metrics to demonstrate value and drive improvement.
• Ensure data products are governed and compliant.
