Olive Jar Digital is seeking an experienced Data Governance Manager to support a major public sector data transformation programme. You will embed data governance, stewardship and ethical data practices across a large organisation, working within a senior data leadership function.

You will drive accountability for data management across the lifecycle, align enterprise governance with local implementation, and influence senior stakeholders while leading strategic governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, implementing or enhancing data governance frameworks within large organisations.
• Strong understanding of data lifecycle, data quality, metadata and compliance requirements.
• Experience embedding data stewardship and ownership models across business and technical teams.
• Expertise in data ethics, including policies, impact assessments and governance processes.

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the organisation's Data Governance Framework.
