Job summary

Sweet Projects is seeking a Senior Site Engineer to oversee day‑to‑day engineering delivery on major construction packages at our Hayes data/IT project site. You will lead technical efforts, coordinate interfaces, and ensure compliance with approved information and quality standards.

Role requires extensive site engineering delivery experience, strong knowledge of construction sequencing, and the ability to manage RFIs and technical queries.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering site engineering on major construction/infrastructure projects.
• Temporary works coordination or supervision experience required.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.
• Experience managing technical queries and producing detailed engineering records.
• Data Centre experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day engineering support to construction teams.
• Resolve technical issues and engineering constraints affecting delivery.
• Ensure information and support are available to maintain productivity.
• Lead day‑to‑day engineering activities for the allocated package.
• Coordinate engineering resources and ensure outputs support programme objectives.
