Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property seeks a Site Engineer to lead technical delivery on a major infrastructure project near Brackley. You will interrogate designs, drive digital delivery, and supervise quality and safety on site.

The role is white-collar, management-track, requiring several years of heavy infrastructure experience and professional chartership options. You will work with modern surveying tools and NEC4 procedures to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Review and interrogate complex civil drawings and 3D BIM models.
• Develop and sign off ITPs for heavy civil operations, coordinating material testing.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: review and interrogate drawings and BIM models.
• Digital Verification: establish site control networks and verify earthworks and foundations.
• Quality Assurance: author and sign off ITPs; manage NCRs.
• Site & Safety: act as Temporary Works Coordinator/supervisor; manage high-risk tasks.
• Commercial: maintain daily site records and liaise with Quantity Surveyor on variations and progress.
