Job summary

Amazon Data Services UK Limited is seeking a Site Acquisitions Manager to shape and execute strategies for expanding the AWS data center footprint across EMEA, with base in Dublin, Frankfurt or London.

You will negotiate multi‑million dollar real estate and infrastructure contracts, collaborate with product, design, construction, legal and tax teams, and drive end‑to‑end transactions from strategy to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in negotiation and selling
• Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
• Experience managing conflict, escalations, negotiating compromise, influencing others and problem solving with engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Negotiate real estate development transactions from strategy to legal terms
• Develop growth strategies for specific markets as a key team member
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (product, energy, fiber, design, construction, legal, tax)
• Understand engineering requirements and develop solutions that meet design and business objectives
• Involve in the full construction process to deliver all aspects of a project including data center power and site utilities
• Prepare and present transaction summaries to senior management on progress and costs
• Manage multiple complex contract negotiations simultaneously
