Job summary

Walker & Sloan are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead day-to-day delivery on a major data centre project in West London. You’ll coordinate with the Project Director, design managers and specialist subcontractors to drive programme performance while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and delivery.

You’ll bring a proven track record delivering complex construction schemes for main contractors, with strong leadership, risk management and multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering major construction projects for main contractors.
• Proven ability to manage interfaces between civil, structural, architectural and MEP packages.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, quality and construction compliance.
• Data centre, mission-critical or similarly complex sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site construction activities to programme.
• Oversee subcontractors, sequencing, logistics.
• Monitor progress and identify risks to schedule.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance on site.
• Collaborate with design and commercial teams to resolve technical challenges.
