Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a major Main Contractor who are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Lead to oversee a major new-build Data Centre project in West London.

You will lead the site delivery team, coordinate multidisciplinary activities, manage programmes and budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards throughout the build. The role offers a senior leadership position with long-term career prospects in a growing Data Centre sector.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Senior Project Manager/Project Lead with a Main Contractor.
• Strong track record delivering large-scale, technically complex construction projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and specialist subcontractors.
• Relevant construction qualifications and professional accreditations.
• Data Centre or Mission Critical project experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a major Data Centre construction project.
• Lead and manage the site delivery team including Construction Managers, Site Managers, Engineers and subcontractors.
• Oversee project programmes, methodology, logistics and sequencing of works.
• Coordinate structural, architectural, civil engineering and MEP activities.
• Manage client relationships and act as principal point of contact.
• Work closely with the commercial, design and planning teams to ensure project milestones, budgets and quality standards are achieved.
• Maintain the highest standards of health, safety and quality across the project.
