Job summary

AECOM in Belfast seeks an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist to lead multi-disciplinary design for data centre projects across the UK and Europe. You will coordinate teams, ensure design quality, and manage deadlines while applying Safety in Design and governance across bid and delivery stages.

The role offers hybrid work with travel across the UK, Ireland and Europe. Fully qualified Chartered professionals with strong Revit/AutoCAD capabilities are preferred.

Qualifications

Fully qualified architect or technologist with Chartered status.
Experience on large multi-disciplinary design projects, preferably data centres.
UK/Europe project delivery and governance knowledge.
Proven ability to lead design teams and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

Senior Architect/Designer on a portfolio of projects.
Coordinate design across multi-disciplinary teams and deliver integrated outputs.
Ensure governance at bid and delivery stages; present to clients.
Apply CDM Safety in Design principles throughout development.
Manage design delivery to tight timelines and programmes.
Oversee interfaces between design and site teams when on site.
