Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist in Belfast to lead multidisciplinary design for large data centre projects across the UK and Europe. You will coordinate across architectural and engineering teams and oversee the production of design information to ensure quality.

Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD is essential, with knowledge of SketchUp and other tools. The role involves design management, CDM Safety in Design, and some travel across the UK, Ireland and

Qualifications

• Fully qualified architect or technologist with data centre experience.
• Willingness to work across data centres, nuclear, transport, education and other sectors as needed.
• Degree qualification, diploma or masters in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of UK Building Systems, Standards and Regulations.
• IT literate with CAD and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage deadlines and heavy workload.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development.

Responsibilities

• Senior Architect/Designer on a portfolio of projects.
• Coordinate design across multi-disciplinary teams with discipline leads.
• Ensure governance at bid stage and during project delivery.
• Present to clients and prospective clients.
• Apply CDM Safety in Design principles throughout all design stages.
