CoreWeave in London is seeking a Data Center Security Risk & Assurance Senior Program Manager to mature and execute the DC security audit framework across our global footprint. You will lead internal audits, validate controls, and partner with Legal, Security Design, and Operations to meet SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST requirements while supporting regional site due diligence.

• 5+ years of experience in security risk management, compliance, or assurance functions.
• Strong understanding of physical and logical security controls, risk frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Ability to translate technical security concepts into governance structures.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Data Center Security Operations with alignment to internal standards and external regulatory frameworks.
• Plan and lead independent internal audits and control validations; deliver actionable findings.
• Partner with Data Center Operations, Security Design, and Legal to ensure security controls are implemented and effective.
• Conduct site selection due diligence and ensure security requirements in contracts.
• Drive reporting and governance across audit outcomes and risk trends.
