Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in compliance program management, governance, audit, risk management, or equivalent.
• Experience handling confidential information and working with government/regulatory bodies.
• 5+ years of IT audits with ISAE 3401, COBIT, ITIL, and cloud environments.
• 3+ years building risk programs and keeping up with industry trends.
• 5+ years in highly regulated industries (finance, healthcare, energy, telecom).
• Experience with European audits and frameworks such as DORA.

Responsibilities

• Dive deep into the Amazon control environment to understand security activities and control implementations for compliance.
• Develop understanding of regulated industry compliance requirements and how controls meet global obligations.
• Liaise with customers, regulators and auditors; communicate control implementations and considerations.
• Implement continuous improvements to security organization and program management processes.
• Apply knowledge of global information security regulation and policy to align with Amazon controls.
