Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Data Center Construction Project Manager to lead multiple data centre builds as the owner’s representative. This full-time on-site role oversees contracts with developers and general contractors, and ensures schedules, budgets, and quality across complex MEP installations.

You will coordinate with supply chain, design, and executive teams to drive turnover, manage multi-million-pound budgets, and navigate planning approvals while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience with direct leadership on data centre construction projects.
• Strong technical expertise in mission-critical infrastructure, with emphasis on MEP, power, cooling, and redundancy.
• Experience managing construction contracts, financial forecasting, budget development, change management, and cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Lead as owner's representative for data centre projects, directing scope, schedule, and financial outcomes.
• Oversee contracts with developers and general contractors, ensuring drawings, specs, and change orders are controlled.
• Supervise installation, commissioning, and QA of complex MEP systems, power distribution, and cooling infrastructure.
• Drive project schedules, manage multi-million budgets, and coordinate with supply chain, design, and executives to ensure turnover.
