Qualifications

• 8+ years leading physical security, critical infrastructure, construction, or technology deployment programs.
• Experience delivering physical security systems for hyperscale data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs involving design, construction, networking, operations, procurement, and customer stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating site commissioning, operational readiness, and transition to operations.
• Experience working with security system integrators and owner representatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the regional program manager for physical security deployments.
• Act as the primary customer-facing security representative throughout project delivery.
• Coordinate security milestones across Design, Construction, Operations, Networking, Procurement, and Customer Security teams.
• Ensure customer contractual security requirements are achieved.
• Monitor project schedules, risks, dependencies, and security deliverables.
• Coordinate operational readiness and transition from construction into operations.
• Coordinate temporary compensating controls when required.
• Maintain project dashboards, reporting metrics, and deployment documentation.
• Manage project closeout documentation and lessons learned.
