Job summary

Broad Horizons Education Trust is seeking a Senior Data & Insights Officer to be based on-site at Thorpe St Andrew School & Sixth Form. The role focuses on turning data into dashboards, progress trackers and strategic reports to shape student success.

You will join a central Data & Insights Service, support senior leaders and teachers, and own MIS optimisation, timetabling and statutory returns while championing a data-informed culture across departments.

Scale F12 - 17 £29,542 - £32,046 per annum pro-rata

Actual Salary per annum £26,713 - £28,977

We are seeking an ambitious, sharp, and solution-focused Senior Data & Insights Officer to join our centralised Data & Insights Service, based on-site at Thorpe St Andrew School & Sixth Form.

In this high-visibility role, you won't just be maintaining systems or inputting numbers—you will be the local technical expert, operational partner, and insights driver empowering senior leaders, heads of department, and teachers to make evidence-based decisions that raise educational standards.
