Job summary

Citi Belfast is seeking a Data Analytics & Process Transformation Lead (Derivative Settlements Operations) to own the end-to-end transformation for OTC Settlements and Payments. You will set strategic direction, manage the investment portfolio, and mentor a team of Product Development leaders across Operations, Technology, and Product.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience applying data analytics and process re-engineering to drive large-scale business transformation.
• Deep Operations and/or Technology experience within Global Markets, with exposure to Derivatives, Payments, or Settlements operations.
• Strong track record delivering multi-year strategic initiatives with business case ownership.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams and manage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year roadmap for OTC Settlements and Payments transformation across product lines.
• Provide senior oversight of diagnostic reviews and translate findings into scalable solutions.
• Lead cross-product data analysis and establish analytical standards used by the team.
• Own business case lifecycle, including sizing, prioritization, and governance presentations.
• Ensure business requirements align with technology and enterprise architecture.
• Set KPI visualization and BI strategy, partnering with Tech and Process Engineering.
• Promote responsible use of AI, low-code automation, and generative AI tooling.
• Build and develop a team of VPs and Analysts with mentorship and career growth.
• Maintain senior stakeholder relationships across Operations, Technology, Product, Audit, Risk, and Regulatory.
• Uphold delivery standards and escalate risks to senior management and governance bodies.
• Model risk culture and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
