Citi Belfast is seeking an entry-to-early career Data Analytics & Process Transformation Analyst for Derivative Settlements Operations. You will learn foundational data-gathering and basic analysis under senior guidance, supporting documentation and improvement across operational processes.

You will gain exposure to AI tools, low-code automation, and KPI tracking while coordinating with Operations, Technology, and Product teams. A hybrid work pattern and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, process documentation, or operations in financial services is welcomed.
• Interest in Global Markets Operations; exposure to Derivatives, Payments, or Capital Settlements is a plus but not required.
• Experience supporting projects or process improvement activities in a junior capacity.
• Willingness to work with technology teams to translate business needs into simple requirements.
• Interest in practical AI tools (e.g., CoPilot) is a plus; no hands-on required.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive, eager-to-learn attitude; long-term BA career focus.

Responsibilities

• Build foundational knowledge of Citi's OTC derivative products and Payments flows with supervision.
• Assist in documenting current-state processes and capturing data for analysis.
• Support basic analysis of settlement and payment data to identify inefficiencies or gaps.
• Prepare supporting materials for business cases and proposals under guidance.
• Document business requirements with quality and completeness before senior review.
• Help build simple KPI trackers, process maps, and dashboard inputs.
