Citigroup Belfast seeks an entry-to-early career Data Analytics & Process Transformation Analyst to support day-to-day data gathering, basic analysis and documentation for OTC Settlements and Payments transformation. You will work with senior colleagues, gaining foundational skills with mentoring and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Interest in data analytics and process documentation.
Willingness to learn from Technology teams and translate business needs.

Responsibilities

Build foundational knowledge of Citi's OTC derivative products and flows.
Assist senior team in documenting current-state process steps.
Support basic analysis of settlement and payment data.
Help prepare slides and data summaries for business cases.
Document business requirements under guidance.
Create KPI trackers, process maps, and dashboard inputs.
