Citi Belfast is seeking an experienced professional to lead Markets Program Execution and Transformation. You will drive data-centric deliverables, design target operating models, and coordinate with Business, Quant, Finance and Tech teams to deliver complex programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office/COO Markets and 7+ years in relevant roles.
• Knowledge of front office market structure and trade flow across multiple markets.
• Experience with large datasets and SQL for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Markets Program Execution and Transformation initiatives.
• Design target operating models and IT architectures for complex programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Quant, Finance and Technology.
