Flagstone in London is seeking an experienced Lead Data Analyst to transform analytics from a service function into a strategic, decision-driving discipline. You’ll build the team, tooling and governance to move from reactive reporting to predictive, commercially focused insights.

You will partner with the Head of Data to shape problems, own high‑impact analyses, and drive self‑serve adoption across Growth, Engagement, Partnerships and beyond, coaching analysts and aligning work with business

Qualifications

• Significant experience in data analytics and hybrid IC/manager role.
• Proven track record of landing self-serve analytics adoption with measurable outcomes.
• Experience rebalance accountability in matrixed environments and lead cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of self-serve analytics across Growth, Engagement and Partnerships.
• Realign analytics ownership with tribe leads and product teams.
• Lead a high-performing analytics team and partner with tribe/function leads.
