Job summary

Flagstone is seeking a senior data leader to transform our data function from a reporting service to a strategic, decision-driving capability. You will partner with the Head of Data to build teams, tools, and ways of working for predictive, commercially driven insights.

You will lead data analysts, set governance, and champion self-serve analytics across multiple business areas while maintaining rigorous standards and stakeholder trust.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in data analytics and ownership of high-stakes analyses.
• Ability to lead and manage data teams with credibility at senior levels.
• Proven track record of driving adoption of self-serve analytics.
• Experience in cross-functional, matrixed organisations with product/tribe leaders.
• Strong communication to C-suite and ability to challenge assumptions with data.

Responsibilities

• Define analytics roadmap to maximise commercial impact.
• Grow data science capability within the function and reduce low-value work.
• Drive self-serve analytics adoption across Growth, Engagement and Partnerships.
• Rebalance delivery accountability toward product/tribe leads.
• Lead and develop Data Analysts and Senior Data Analysts, handling escalations.
