Job summary

Harnham is seeking a senior analytics leader to shape and scale a data-driven function within a well-established organisation. You will lead the data and insights strategy, influence commercial decision-making, and help drive growth through advanced analytics, customer intelligence, and marketing effectiveness.

This role will oversee analytics and insight capabilities across the business, partnering with senior stakeholders across marketing, sales, operations and technology to deliver actionable

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in data analytics or marketing analytics.
• Proven track record delivering commercially focused analytics programs.
• Experience in customer segmentation and CRM data strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the data analytics and customer insight strategy.
• Develop customer segmentation models and data-led marketing approaches.
• Lead customer, market, and performance analysis to support business growth.
• Deliver actionable insights around customer behaviour, retention, acquisition, and lifecycle performance.
• Build and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance measurement tools.
• Oversee data enrichment and data quality initiatives.
• Produce compliant, high-quality datasets to support marketing, sales, and lead generation activity.
• Manage and developing a team of analytics and insight professionals.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across marketing, sales, operations, customer teams, and technology functions.
• Promote data literacy, self-service analytics, and evidence-based decision-making across the organisation.
