Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative fields
• Demonstrable proficiency with analytics-relevant AI-tooling
• 4+ years experience in a centralized data analytics teams in close partnership with business stakeholders
• Expert-level proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries is mandatory, with a proven ability to performance-tune complex queries and manage analysis workflows against large datasets
• 3+ years experience working in version control environments using GitLab or Github
• 2+ years experience with job orchestration tools like Apache Airflow
• 2+ years experience with data ingestion and transformation frameworks (dbt, Fivetran)
• Initiative, curiosity, strong stakeholder engagement, and empathy
• Experience translating business questions into analysis frameworks and presenting results

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of agent-ready curated datasets
• Provide analytics support and a strategic perspective to business partners
• Partner with data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to enable data-driven answers to key business problems
• Review Merge Requests created by your team of humans and agents
• Take initiative to gather requirements, define, build, and maintain pipelines and metrics
• Tell easily digestible and highly actionable stories with data to help stakeholders understand analytical insights
