Unfortunately we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
Join us as a Senior Data Analyst (Remediation). You’ll play a key role in helping us put things right for our customers. You’ll work with data to spot where outcomes may not have been fair or consistent, designing and running analysis to identify issues and group impacted customers. From there, you’ll help drive the remediation process forward—working closely with teams across the business, coordinating activity, and acting as a central point of contact to make sure everything runs smoothly.
You’ll also build and maintain tools (including VBA solutions) to support analysis, produce meaningful MI for governance, and help track how we’re performing.
