Lowell Group is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive remediation analytics in a hybrid role based in Leeds. You will work with data to identify where outcomes were unfair or inconsistent, design analyses, and coordinate remediation with cross‑functional teams.
You will build and maintain tools (including VBA) to support analysis, generate meaningful governance MI, and monitor remediation performance. You’ll own key documentation and drive process improvements to prevent recurrent issues.
Location: Thorpe Park, Leeds, United Kingdom, Hybrid working.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
You’ll play a key role in helping us put things right for our customers. You’ll work with data to spot where outcomes may not have been fair or consistent, designing and running analysis to identify issues and group impacted customers. From there, you’ll help drive the remediation process forward-working closely with teams across the business, coordinating activity, and acting as a central point of contact to make sure everything runs smoothly.
You’ll also build and maintain tools (including VBA solutions) to support analysis, produce meaningful MI for governance, and help track how we’re performing. Alongside delivering remediation linked to internal incidents or client-driven errors, you’ll look for ways to improve processes, systems and data to prevent issues happening again. You’ll take ownership of key documentation, controls and templates, ensuring everything is accurate, up to date and aligned with our standards.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and bringing people together to get the right outcome. You’ll lead on more complex remediation activity, support wider team oversight through quality checks, and step in for the Ops Risk Manager when needed‑making sure all work delivered is accurate, controlled and focused on delivering fair outcomes for our customers.
