Job description

Summary Job Description Data Quality Administrator (2 positions available) Location: Thorpe Park, Leeds, Hybrid working. Overdales are looking for two Data Quality Administrators to join our Data Quality function. As a Data Quality Administrator, you'll play an important role in ensuring customer, client and operational data is accurate, reliable and supports effective decision-making across the business. Working collaboratively with teams across Overdales, you'll investigate issues, review and validate data, identify trends and root causes, and help ensure accounts and information move efficiently through our systems and processes. Our Data Quality function supports both the operational management of client and customer data and the monitoring of collection and contact strategies. These opportunities provide exposure to a wide range of systems, stakeholders and business processes, offering the chance to make a real impact on customer outcomes, operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

In this role, you may be:

  • Supporting the exchange, processing and quality of data between Overdales, clients and third parties.
  • Reviewing customer and account information, investigating exceptions and ensuring data remains accurate and fit for purpose.
  • Monitoring operational processes and identifying issues that may impact account progression, customer outcomes or business performance.
  • Conducting investigations and root cause analysis to identify trends, resolve issues and recommend improvements.
  • Supporting remediation activities, process enhancements and wider business improvement projects.
  • Working alongside Operational, IT, Analytics, BI and Strategy teams to maximise the value and effectiveness of business data.

These opportunities would suit individuals who enjoy working with data, solving problems and using analytical thinking to improve processes and performance. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail and a passion for understanding how data supports operational success are essential. Experience with reporting tools, analytics, Power BI, SQL or other data systems would be beneficial, but is not essential.

We're particularly interested in people who can demonstrate:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to identify trends, investigate issues and interpret data.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.

The successful candidates will be aligned to one of two specialist teams, with the exact focus discussed further throughout the recruitment process based on skills, experience and career aspirations.

What you’ll get:
  • A discretionary annual bonus to reward your impact
  • 3% flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your lifestyle, whether that’s extra cash, more holiday, or added health cover.
  • Hybrid working for the best of both worlds—collaboration and focus.
  • Free onsite parking, saving you time and money.
  • Recharge and refresh opportunities with 28 days of holiday plus public holidays, and the option to buy up to five more—giving you more time for what matters most.
  • Peace of mind with life assurance that supports your loved ones, no matter what.
  • A culture that celebrates you and supports your wellbeing – with recognition awards, access to on-site gym facilities, and a variety of wellbeing initiatives offered throughout the year to help you stay balanced, resilient and feeling your best.
  • Encouragement to be your authentic self at work by joining one of our vibrant employee networks—like Rise (Gender), Proud (LGBTQIA+), Culture, or Spark (Neurodiversity & Disability) - and connect with a community that celebrates and supports you.
