You will own analytics across the participant lifecycle, define strategic metrics, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks, translating data into actionable, executive-ready insights that guide strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL and Python for analytics and automation.
• Experience building scalable reporting and data marts.
• Proven ability to own ambiguous problems end-to-end.
• Strong communication to executive leadership.
