Job summary

tem is recruiting a Senior Data Analyst to embed in the commercial team. You’ll own core metrics—conversion rate, contracted volume, total sales and margins—driving forecasting, pipeline insights and partner reporting. You’ll turn ambiguous questions into actionable analysis and help stakeholders trust the numbers.

You’ll work in a remote-first setup within the UK and EU, partnering with sales and leadership to shape data-driven decisions and strategic direction.

Qualifications

• Solid SQL skills to investigate complex datasets.
• Strong commercial understanding with ability to link analytics to revenue and margins.
• Experience developing forecasts or scenario models and explaining drivers behind variance.
• Turn ambiguous stakeholder questions into well-defined analytical problems and present actionable recommendations.
• Proven experience building trusted metrics or reporting from messy data sources.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the sales pipeline and resolve revenue double-counting issues.
• Define and report on forecast accuracy against targets; standardise metrics across the team.
• Diagnose CRM data quality issues affecting pipeline and forecast reliability.
• Carry out commercial opportunity sizing and partner performance analyses to inform decisions.
• Translate data insights into clear stories for senior stakeholders; drive data adoption across the team.
