Soho House is seeking an analytics lead to drive labour optimisation across multiple sites in the London area. You will own how we measure productivity, translate forecasts into labour requirements, and enable partners to forecast accurately.

You will collaborate with Data, FP&A and Operations to implement scheduling changes, build actionable labour reports and ensure wage efficiency does not compromise member experience.

Qualifikationen

• Several years in an analytics role with multi-site exposure in hospitality, retail, leisure or QSR.

Aufgaben

• Labour productivity analysis and sizing opportunities site-by-site.
• Work with Operations and Finance to trial scheduling changes and measure impact.
• Build labour reporting for daily/weekly cadence to inform Business Partners and GMs.
