Soho House & Co. is launching a labour optimisation programme within its Operations team, collaborating with FP&A and Data Science. The role owns the analytical foundation, measurement, and standards for labour, forecasting and scheduling across multiple sites.

You will join the Data team and work with Finance Business Partners and GMs to translate opportunities into forecasts and actions that can be acted on in the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in labour optimisation delivering measurable improvement in wage percentage or sales per labour hour.
• Track record of partnering finance and operational stakeholders to land change, not just report on it.
• Several years in an analytics role with multi-site operational exposure—hospitality, retail, leisure or QSR.
• Advanced SQL, and comfort in a modelled data warehouse; dbt is a plus.
• BI development experience with tools like Omni, Looker, Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with rota, time and attendance and payroll data and their challenges.
• Ability to critically evaluate a demand forecast for accuracy, bias and seasonality.

Responsabilités

• Labour productivity analysis and sizing site-by-site opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to trial scheduling changes and measure impact.
• Build improved labour reporting for Business Partners and GMs on daily and weekly cadence.
• Translate demand forecasts into labour requirements and build supporting models.
• Partner with Data Science and Operations to assess forecast accuracy and suggest improvements.
• Link labour deployment to member experience ensuring productivity does not harm the guest experience.
