Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead labour and productivity initiatives across multi-site operations. You will own the analytical foundation, measure productivity, and translate insights into actionable workforce plans.

In this role, you will collaborate with Operations, FP&A and Data Science to identify opportunities, build better labour reporting, and align forecasts with wage percentage and service standards. Experience in hospitality analytics is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in labour optimisation with measurable impact across multi-site operations.
• Ability to partner with Finance and Operations to implement changes, not just report findings.
• Several years in analytics with exposure to hospitality, retail, leisure or QSR.

Responsibilities

• Labour productivity analysis and identifying site-by-site efficiency opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to trial scheduling changes and measure impact.
• Build improved labour reporting for daily/weekly cadence to inform FP&A and GMs.
• Translate demand forecasts into labour requirements and hours by role.
• Work with Data Science to understand forecast accuracy and suggest improvements.
• Link labour deployment to member experience and avoid impacting House services.
