Job summary

AON is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for its AUM Insights team to design and maintain analytics solutions that drive decision making across underwriting, operations and finance.

You will translate business requirements into reporting outputs, develop scalable data models and deliver KPI‑driven insights to leadership. Demonstrated expertise in Power BI and SQL is essential, with a focus on performance and data quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a data analytics role.
• Experience building BI dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Knowledge of London Market concepts or insurance data helpful.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI datasets, dashboards and reporting solutions that support operational, underwriting and strategic decision‑making.
• Deliver management information and analytics across underwriting, delegated business, facilities, operations, finance and leadership functions.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful reporting, analytical outputs and actionable insights.
• Develop scalable data models and semantic layers ensuring consistency, usability and performance.
