Job summary

Arthur Recruitment collaborates with a London Market insurer to recruit a data analytics specialist who will shape commercial decisions through data. The role is hybrid in London, offering £90,000 base salary plus up to 40% bonus and excellent benefits.

You will work with underwriting, pricing and claims teams, building Power BI dashboards, influencing portfolio strategy and introducing AI into analytics workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics or BI roles.
• Strong SQL and Power BI skills required.
• Experience with Azure data platforms and modern BI environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and commercial communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with underwriting, claims and exposure teams to deliver commercial insight.
• Build advanced Power BI dashboards and decision-support tools.
• Influence pricing, portfolio optimization and business performance.
• Deliver end-to-end analytics projects from discovery through deployment.
• Champion Power BI governance and engineering standards.
• Mentor analysts and raise technical standards.
