Qualifications

• Experience in strategy consulting or related advisory work, preferably in insurance.
• Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities with data-driven insights.
• Proven track record leading workstreams and coaching juniors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-value strategy projects for insurers, reinsurers, and investors.
• Structure, storyboard, plan and drive workstreams from hypothesis to deliverables.
• Lead market research, financial and data analysis to solve problems.
• Coach and develop junior team members and contribute to go-to-market propositions.
• Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders and support business development.
