Job summary

HDI, a Corporate & Specialty Insurer, seeks a Senior Data Analyst for the Data Analytics & AI team to translate business challenges into actionable analytics and AI use cases. You will collect, analyse and interpret data to support the distribution team and drive operational improvements.

Reporting to the Team Lead, you will design models, dashboards and decision-support tools, ensure data quality and governance, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to foster ethical AI and scalable

Qualifications

Power BI, SQL and Snowflake proficiency.
Experience with large datasets and data management tools.
Strong analytical capabilities and ability to interpret business information.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of advanced analytics and AI solutions that drive measurable business impact across key functions.
Translate business problems into analytical and AI use cases; design and implement models, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
Deliver ad hoc data analysis and reporting tasks as required, ensuring outputs are accurate and timely.
Understand and support data quality, lineage and governance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify predictive analytics opportunities.
Ensure ethical and responsible use of AI, including bias monitoring and governance policies.
Monitor performance of AI models and analytics solutions; identify trends and improvements.
