Qualifications

• Experience in strategy consulting, especially for insurance clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience leading workstreams and managing teams.
• Coaching and developing junior team members.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team delivering high value strategy projects to insurers and reinsurers.
• Structure, storyboard, plan and implement workstreams.
• Develop hypotheses addressing the client’s key problems.
• Lead market research, financial and data analysis.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Support interviews with clients and colleagues.
• Contribute to sales development and go-to-market propositions.
• Produce client reports and deliverables.
• Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders.
• Contribute to proposals and business development activities.
