Job summary

The role emphasizes solving complex problems, building dashboards, and developing KPIs to improve customer journeys and operational performance. Strong stakeholder skills and SQL/data visualization expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in analytics, insight generation or BI.
• Proven ability to solve complex business problems with data.
• Experience supporting tests, experiments, pilots or change initiatives.
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and application.
• Experience turning analysis into business actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities
