Daily Mail seeks a Senior Data Analyst in Customer Insight & Performance to lead the Customer Intelligence team's weekly reporting cadence and manage the link with the central Data & Insights function. You will translate analysis into business actions for CRM, churn risk and 12-week forecast runs.

You will work alongside Senior Managers and report to the Director of Customer Success, shaping the team’s interpretation and application of data to drive lifecycle improvements and strategic

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4–6 years in a data analytics, BI, or performance insights role.
• Proven experience translating data into strategic recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with predictive modelling, cohort analysis, and behavioural segmentation.
• Strong experience in subscriber-led business models (e.g., media, digital subscriptions).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a standing analytical view of subscriber behaviour across lifecycle stages, channels, offers and markets.
• Produce weekly performance reporting covering subscriber base movement, churn cohort analysis, CRM campaign incrementality and payments recovery.
• Flag shifts in cohort behaviour before they surface in churn numbers, feeding Senior Manager dashboards.
• Act as the primary client liaison to the central Data & Insights team with weekly cadence and clear briefs.
• Translate Data & Insights output into retention intelligence with interpretation and application.
• Provide data inputs underpinning 12-week rolling forecast and cohort LTV model.
