Job summary

Advanced Supply Chain Group Ltd is seeking a Performance & Insight Analyst to turn busy returns operations into clear, actionable insights. You will build dashboards, identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations that influence senior stakeholders and customers.

You will partner across Operations, Finance, Technology, Planning and Commercial to drive cost savings, efficiency and measurable improvements while communicating insights clearly to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for data and a real knack for turning it into clear, actionable insight.
• Strong analytical skills, ideally with hands-on experience of reporting and dashboards (for example Excel, Power BI or SQL).
• Experience analysing operational and/or commercial performance, ideally in a fast-paced logistics, warehousing or returns environment.
• A track record of using data to drive continuous improvement and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining the reporting, dashboards and performance packs that give visibility of how we’re doing.
• Spotting trends, patterns, opportunities and risks in operational data, and monitoring KPIs, SLAs and commercial metrics.
• Turning complex data into clear, meaningful recommendations - and presenting them to teams, senior stakeholders and customers.
• Getting to the root of performance challenges and working with operational teams on fixes.
• Tracking improvements through to delivery and measuring the impact.
• Producing sharp, insightful content for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews and governance meetings.
