Job summary

Lottie is building the AI operating system for social care and is hiring a commercially-minded Senior Data Analyst in London. You will partner with Commercial, Finance and Product to shape strategy through data, from partner acquisition to board reporting, using BigQuery, Hex, Metabase and AI-powered workflows.

You will help define how data creates value, work with a lean team, and drive growth while shaping care through analytics and AI-enabled decision making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data analytics with solid SQL skills.
• Commercially-minded with ability to translate data into action.
• AI tooling familiarity and ability to ship analytic workflows.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ship the full analytics stack: pipelines, dashboards, experiments and narratives.
• Integrate AI into team workflows and analytics processes.
• Coach colleagues to build self-serve insights using AI and BI tools.
