Job summary

SearchWorks Pty Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own how courier performance is measured and improved, collaborating with Product, Operations, Engineering and Data Science teams to drive real‑world impact.

You will design experiments, build analytics frameworks and segmentation, and translate data into decisions that influence daily operations across the last‑mile network.

Advanced SQL and experimentation experience are essential.

I’m currently working with a high-growth technology company that is transforming the way goods move through the last-mile delivery network. They’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to take ownership of how courier performance is measured and improved, working closely with Product, Operations, Engineering and Data Science teams.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own and evolve performance management analytics
• Design and analyse experiments to measure what actually works
• Analyse complex operational problems and identify key performance levers
• Build risk scores, segmentation and performance frameworks
• Partner with Product, Ops and Engineering to shape the analytics roadmap
• Turn data into decisions that have a direct impact on daily operations

What they’re looking for:

• Strong, advanced SQL skills
• Experience with experimentation / A/B testing
• Strong analytical problem-solving and commercial thinking
• Experience with product, operational or performance analytics
• Comfortable working autonomously and influencing non-technical stakeholders
