Job summary

Digital Waffle, a leading ecommerce retailer, seeks a Senior Data Analyst to drive smarter, more commercially focused decision-making. This hands-on role includes building data models, dashboards and reporting systems while leading a small team.

You will mentor analysts, turn large datasets into actionable insights, manage cross-functional analytics projects, and ensure reporting quality across the business, in a hybrid Hereford environment with on-site days.

• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

This is a hands‑on senior analytics role with leadership responsibility for a small team. You’ll build and improve reporting, data models and dashboards, while also mentoring analysts and helping stakeholders turn data into practical business decisions.
