A financial services company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst in London or Oxford. This role offers the chance to influence customer-focused financial products and collaborate with various stakeholders. An excellent candidate will have at least 3 years of data experience, proficiency in SQL and analytical tools like Tableau, and the ability to mentor junior analysts. The position is full-time or part-time and includes hybrid working and a variety of benefits like a discretionary bonus and private medical insurance.

We are looking for a Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst who enjoys working with others to uncover insights and shape data-driven this role you will play a vital part in understanding our business customers and creating financial products that are inclusive and meet real customer needs.
We value curiosity attention to detail teamwork and initiative as much as technical skills. You will create strong collaborative partnerships across the company to ensure data is at the core of our business. This could be either through insightful analyses that recommend direction or reporting dashboards that make monitoring and insights intuitive for users. You will help foster a culture where data supports both commercial growth and fairness and transparency.
This role can be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis. For part-time team members we offer flexibility at 70% and above of full-time hours with a preference to spread your working time across five days.
We value connection and collaboration so we ask that everyone spends at least two days a week in the office and keeps general office hours. You can be based in either our London or Milton Park offices (with occasional travel to other offices including Manchester). Beyond that youll have the freedom to balance home and office working in a way that supports both your wellbeing and your work.
