Job summary

Homesearch is building a scalable data and AI platform to power its property technology services for estate agents across the UK. You will join a strong Data & AI team to automate data pipelines, strengthen platform foundations and ship production-grade AI models.

This hands-on role sits in a cloud environment with cross-functional collaboration. The team focuses on reliable, high-performance services and working closely with data scientists to turn ambitious AI ideas into production-ready

Qualifications

• Strong production data platform experience.
• Experience with ingestion, transformation and data serving.
• Ability to design and defend architectural decisions with evidence.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale data and AI platforms behind property tech services.
• Work hands-on across codebase, data pipelines, databases and cloud infrastructure.
• Improve performance, scalability, reliability and cost efficiency.
• Define canonical data models, data contracts and shared identifiers for properties, addresses, listings and agents.
• Develop automated testing, deployment, observability, recovery and rollback capabilities.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product teams and senior leaders to translate business priorities into pipelines.
• Create reusable components and patterns for engineers to work safely and independently.
